FAQ Night Train: What does my ticket include?
Night train: The services included depend on the selected price and comfort category and the provider.

This depends on the selected price, comfort category and the ticket vendor. Please note the relevant information when booking.

You will receive a place reservation with your ticket. Only in the seating coach may you not automatically receive a reservation.

The higher the comfort category (sleeper coach > couchette coach > seating coach), the more is included:

  • Sleeper coach: sheets, blankets and pillows are included. You also get something to drink. Breakfast is more extensive than in the couchette coach and usually includes a hot drink. Towels and toiletries, such as earplugs, are provided.
  • Couchette coach: sheets, blankets and pillows are included. You will also usually be given water (approx. 500 ml) to drink and a small breakfast.
  • In the seating coach, you get - if anything - something to drink and a blanket for free.

Depending on the provider, WLAN is also included.
