Ladies' compartments offer additional security and privacy on night trains. Find out how to book such a compartment.
Yes, most railway operators offer women the option of staying in a ladies' compartment exclusively with other female travellers. To see only women's compartments on nightride.com, select the gender ‘female’ under ‘Travellers’.
Please note: If you subsequently book a ticket, you must select the option ‘Ladies’ compartment' in the booking process with the vendor.
An alternative is to book a private compartment. This way, you and any fellow travellers will be travelling alone.
